I was at a party with a friend when I met your mother. She was wearing a red dress and I remember thinking she was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. I walked up to her and we started talking. I found out she was a vegetarian and we both loved animals. We talked for hours and I knew I was going to ask her out.
A few days later, I took her on a date to a restaurant. We had a great time and I knew I wanted to see her again. We started dating and we were happy. A few months later, she told me she was pregnant. I was so happy and I knew I wanted to marry her.
We got married a few months later and we had our son, Marshall. I love your mother and I know I will always love her. She is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

How did you first meet Marshall?
We first met Marshall in the summer of 2009. My family had just moved to a new town, and I was starting my junior year of high school. I was driving around with my mom, exploring our new neighborhood, when we spotted Marshall walking down the street. He was wearing a bright orange t-shirt and carrying a stack of books. I had never seen someone so tall!
We stopped the car and my mom introduced herself. She asked Marshall if he was new to the neighborhood too. He said he was, and that he was just about to start his senior year of high school. My mom asked if he needed help finding his way around.
Marshall was grateful for the offer, but he said he was just about to go to the library. My mom told him that was great, and she offered to give him a ride. Marshall accepted, and followed us to the library.
We got to talking, and we discovered that we had a lot in common. We both loved reading and learning new things. We also loved spending time outdoors. We quickly became friends, and we would hang out together often.
Almost four years later, Marshall is now one of my best friends. I'm so grateful that we met that day and were able to connect so well. It's been an amazing friendship, and I know it will continue to be for many years to come.

What was your first impression of him?
When I first saw him, I thought he was really cute. He had this really great smile and seemed really friendly. I didn't really know much about him, but I thought he seemed like a really great guy.
How did you become friends?
I think the quickest way to make friends is to be interested in other people and to let them know that you are interested in them. Talk to them, ask them questions about themselves, and listen to what they have to say. Be a good listener, show that you care about what they are saying, and be supportive. Show that you are someone they can rely on and trust. Also, be yourself. Don't try to be someone you're not. People are attracted to others who are genuine and authentic.
Of course, making friends also requires some effort on your part. You can't just sit back and wait for someone to come up to you and start talking. You have to be proactive and take the initiative to reach out to others. Join clubs or groups that interest you, attend social events, and put yourself out there. It can be scary and intimidating at first, but it's worth it. The more people you meet, the more likely you are to find friends.
It's also important to be open-minded and accepting of others. Not everyone is going to be like you, and that's okay. Embrace people's differences and learn from them. Everyone has something unique to offer, and by expanding your circle of friends, you can enrich your life in so many ways.
So, how did you become friends? It likely took some time, effort, and openness on your part. But ultimately, it was worth it. Friendships enhance our lives in countless ways, so never give up on trying to make new friends.

My favorite memory of him is when we went on a hike together. It was a beautiful day and we had a lot of fun talking and enjoying the scenery. How did you know he was the one for you?
When you know, you know. It's as simple as that. There's no single answer to the question of how you'll know when you've found the one. Some people feel an instant connection, while others take longer to come to that realization. For me, it was a gradual process.
I first met him online. We were both members of a group dedicated to our shared interest in photography. From our very first conversation, I found myself drawn to him. He was smart, funny, and had a great sense of humor. We started spending more and more time talking to each other, both online and on the phone.
Eventually, we decided to meet in person. I remember being so nervous, but as soon as I saw him, I felt a sense of comfort and familiarity. We hung out together all day, talking and laughing and taking photos. I felt like I had known him for years.
After that day, I was hooked. I wanted to spend more time with him, and I could tell that he felt the same way about me. We started dating, and things just seemed to fall into place. I had never been so sure about anything in my life.
There's no one answer to the question of how you'll know when you've found the right person. For me, it was a combination of factors. There was an instant connection, but it was also something that developed over time. I just knew that he was the one for me.

What was your wedding like?
Weddings are one of the most memorable days in a person’s life. For a bride, it is a day that she has been dreaming of since she was a little girl. For a groom, it is a day that he has been looking forward to since he proposed. No matter how big or small, every wedding is special and unique in its own way.
My wedding was no different. It was a beautiful autumn day, and the leaves were just starting to turn. The ceremony was held in a small chapel, and the reception was in a nearby park. The entire day was perfect, from start to finish.
I don’t think I could have asked for anything more. The weather was perfect, the venue was beautiful, and most importantly, I married the man of my dreams. We were surrounded by our closest friends and family, and it truly was a day that we will never forget.
Looking back, there are so many things that I would change about my wedding, but that’s okay. That’s what makes it special – it’s ours. Our wedding day was everything we could have ever wanted, and more.
What is your favorite thing about him?
My favorite thing about him is his sense of humor. He is always making me laugh and smile, even when I am having a bad day. He is always there for me when I need a shoulder to cry on or someone to just listen. He is an amazing man and I am so lucky to have him in my life.
What is his favorite thing about you?
My favorite thing about myself is my ability to see the positive in every situation. No matter how challenging or difficult a situation may be, I always try to find the silver lining. This optimistic outlook has helped me through some tough times in my life and has allowed me to stay positive even when things are tough. Additionally, this positive attitude often rubs off on those around me, which makes me feel even better.
One of the things my friends often say they appreciate about me is my positive attitude. Whenever they are feeling down, they know that I will be there to help them see the bright side of things. This has been especially helpful during the COVID-19 pandemic, as so many people have been struggling with anxiety and depression. Just knowing that I can be a source of positivity for others makes me feel good about myself.
In addition to my positive attitude, I also pride myself on being a good listener. I know that sometimes people just need someone to listen to them, without judgement or advice. This is something I am always happy to do for my friends and family. I think it is important to just be there for someone, even if you can't fix their problems.
All in all, there are many things I like about myself. But if I had to narrow it down, I would say my favorite thing about myself is my ability to find the good in every situation. Life can be tough, but I always try to remember that it is also beautiful.
